* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Fox River from Johnsburg downstream to Red Gate Road in
St. Charles, including the Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater gauge.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Winaki Trail and Onaway Trail are
threatened south of Algonquin. Athletic fields inundated at Judson
College in Elgin.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to slowly rise to just above
10 feet by Friday afternoon and evening before gradually
falling into next week.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.

* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Kilbourne Road and Emerald Avenue
threatened near Grand Avenue in Gurnee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river may remain near 8 feet through Friday
night before slowly falling over the weekend.
- Flood stage is 7.0 feet.

near the river. Residential property is threatened near the river.

- At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to continue gradually
falling over the next day or two, and fall below flood stage
sometime over the weekend.
- Flood stage is 7.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Low-lying trails in Wright Woods Forest
Preserve are inundated.

- At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river may rise to rise to a crest near flood
stage Friday evening or Saturday morning after additional
rainfall tonight.
- Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
